As the ideal candidate, you are an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in RFP projects and technical documentation. If you are detail-oriented, have a passion for writing, and a deep understanding of IT services, this role may be a perfect fit for you.
- You complete at least 2 RFP projects related to IT desktop materials or Microsoft licenses.
- You document and present case studies or references showcasing your expertise.
- You ensure your on-site presence as defined in the agreed terms.
- You craft and edit technical documents with precision and clarity.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of information.
- You manage deadlines effectively, meeting the requirements of each project.
- You maintain consistency in documentation standards throughout all deliverables.
What are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 3 years of documented experience in technical writing.
- You possess experience with RFP projects in IT.
- You demonstrate strong writing and editing skills.
- You are an effective communicator in both English and Dutch, with proficiency in French considered an asset.
- You can provide case studies or references for your previous projects.
- You are flexible and can ensure on-site presence as needed.
- You hold the ability to meet project deadlines consistently.
- You are proficient in English and fluent in either Dutch or French.
