- You manage the scope, budget, timeline, and quality of projects from A to Z.
- You coordinate engineering (basic and detailed), execution, and commissioning phases.
- You determine process parameters in consultation with production and R&D colleagues and provide input for P&IDs and design.
- You monitor the process-related components within your projects.
- You focus on safety, ergonomics, automation, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
- You collaborate with the purchasing department for components and services.
- You coordinate multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or metallurgical) or possess equivalent experience.
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an end-to-end Project Manager in multi-disciplinary projects.
- You possess relevant experience in the sector, preferably in chemistry, metallurgy, or machine construction.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a (Project) Engineer within one of the aforementioned engineering disciplines.
- You can read and draw P&IDs with ease.
- You are a positive, team-oriented individual with a sense of responsibility and initiative.
- You have strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality with safety awareness.
- You have a certification in VCA VOL; certification as a project manager is a strong added value.
- You are fluent in Dutch.
- Other language proficiencies are a plus.
