As the ideal candidate, you are a motivated Junior Engineer Marine and Island Coordination, ready to take on challenges in a complex project environment. If you possess a proactive attitude and a passion for marine operations, this role is an excellent fit for you.
- You report to the Lead Marine and Island Coordinator.
- You actively participate in daily and weekly coordination calls.
- You support liaising with various packages (Island, Cables, and Substation) and their contractors to ensure efficient Marine and Island operations.
- You assist in performing vessel audits alongside Marine Warranty Surveyors and the relevant package experts.
- You contribute to project documentation and reporting.
- You develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- You ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during operations.
What are we looking for?
- You have at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- You have experience in the offshore sector.
- You hold an engineering degree.
- You have experience in offshore logistics and transport operations.
- You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- You are structured, independent, and precise in your work.
- You are a smooth, proactive communicator and a resourceful, accountable team player.
- You are a quick learner.
- You are fluent in English.
