Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a professional to support their automated warehouse operations and material flows. This role focuses on managing technical projects and ensuring high quality standards within a dynamic logistics environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage 7-8 technical and process-related projects simultaneously from initiation to completion within the warehouse environment.
  • Lead the introduction and validation of new equipment and processes, including freezers, warehouses, and analytical tools like a Raman Spectrometer.
  • Author and manage GMP documentation, including Change Controls, operating procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct investigations into quality deviations using root cause analysis to define and implement CAPA.
  • Coordinate shipping validation activities and establish quality agreements with external carriers.
  • Provide on-the-floor technical support and troubleshooting for operational teams to optimize production processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for establishing new cold chain flows for products requiring specific temperature controls.

What are we looking for?

  • You have a Master degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or Engineering.
  • You bring 3+ years of relevant experience in a regulated industry, preferably within a warehouse or logistics context.
  • You possess expert-level skills in pharmaceutical documentation management, specifically for Change Controls and deviations.
  • You have experience with validation and qualification processes such as shipping validation and equipment commissioning.
  • You are proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects with clear priorities.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Raman Spectrometer technology or automated warehouse systems.
