Join a digital workplace team responsible for delivering modern, secure, and high-performance communication platforms. You’ll focus on stabilizing and securing a large Sitecore XM 10.2 environment while preparing the transition toward Sitecore XM Cloud.

You’ll work closely with architects, DevOps, and IT Security specialists to ensure that websites and communication tools are resilient, monitored, compliant, and operating at enterprise scale.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and stabilize an enterprise Sitecore XM 10.2 platform ahead of its transition to XM Cloud.
• Implement secure coding practices for Sitecore and C#/.NET applications.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, patching, and remediation across Sitecore components.
• Conduct code reviews with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Align technical work with architecture and security standards.
• Optimize platform performance (caching, SQL Server tuning, CD/CM optimization, WAF/CDN improvements).
• Enhance observability and logging using tools like Application Insights, Seq, Kibana, or similar.
• Contribute to SLA/OLA definitions and support structured incident and change management.
• Ensure readiness for coexistence with XM Cloud (content validation, cache coordination, unified communications).
• Respect the feature freeze policy: only security, compliance, and stability updates unless formally approved.
• Stay up to date with Sitecore patches, .NET releases, and evolving web security standards.
• Produce clear documentation aligned with audit and governance requirements.
