  • You develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the beauty industry.
  • You serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • You identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
  • You negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • You collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
  • You analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • You monitor sales performance and track key metrics to forecast future sales trends and opportunities.

What are we looking for?

  • You have significant experience  in OTC, FMCG, dermocosmetics or the cosmetic/skincare sector.
  • You possess high-level analytical skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have strong reporting abilities.
  • You exhibit exceptional operational sales, financial planning, managerial, and organizational skills.
  • You are an excellent communicator in Dutch & English.
  • You are self-confident, an initiative taker, careful, result-oriented, and experienced in communication management.
  • You have no restrictions on travel.
