We’re looking for a full-stack .NET / Angular developer who’s as comfortable refactoring a gnarly C# method as they are tweaking a clean UI component. You’ll join a small, driven team maintaining and expanding OV Web,the platform that manages all processes and assets around public lighting. In other words, your code helps keep the streets of Flanders lit. 

Besides OV Web, the team owns several related applications, so your days will alternate between new features, bug fixes, and the occasional “how did this ever work?” moment.

What you'll be doing; 

• Build, extend, and improve .NET / Angular applications — from database to UI.
• Implement new features in close collaboration with the product owner and team.
• Support and adapt existing apps across projects, maintenance, and incident work.
• Help shape both functional and technical designs — we like devs who think before they code.
• Write unit tests (nUnit, xUnit, etc.) and documentation that actually makes sense.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release cycles.
• Share knowledge with teammates — no lone-wolf heroes here.
• Follow (and improve) internal best practices for quality, security, and CI/CD.
• Communicate clearly with analysts, project leads, and infrastructure teams.
• Contribute to change & release management — yes, ITIL can be your friend (sometimes).
