As an ideal candidate, you are a motivated Junior Validation Specialist keen to develop your skills in a fast-paced setting. You excel in organizing tasks and take ownership of your work, ensuring high standards of quality and detail.
- You perform validation studies independently, managing their planning and execution.
- You provide support to analysts concerning testing related to routine requalification programs for temperature and relative humidity studies.
- You initiate changes and analyze results while drafting, reviewing, and approving validation documents.
- You execute improvement projects within processes, ensuring standardized ways of working.
- You oversee and monitor TRH projects, applying the 'Change' procedure as needed.
- You follow up on deviations and ensure necessary actions are taken.
- You take ownership of the T&RH system, including associated procedures and forms.
What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master's degree in a scientific discipline such as Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology, or possess equivalent experience.
- You have a strong understanding of cGMP and RFT regulations.
- You are proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and are a team player.
- You are an organized, independent, and quality-conscious worker.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- You write technical documents with clarity and precision.
- You have experience or knowledge of temperature mapping and validation methods.
- You have prior experience in a similar role within a quality or production environment.
- You have worked in a GMP environment.
