  • You design experiments and perform statistical analyses for product development and manufacturing.
  • You write reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including Regulatory Authorities.
  • You review technical reports to ensure programming, statistical, and mathematical accuracy.
  • You actively participate in project team meetings to understand the context for statistical applications.
  • You manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting timelines and delivering on commitments.
  • You continuously advance your knowledge of applicable statistical methods through literature and training.

What are we looking for?

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Statistics (with a Bachelor’s in Mathematics); a PhD in Statistics is a plus.
  • You have 2–4 years of experience as a statistician in pharmaceutical product development.
  • You are proficient in commonly used statistical methods, including Design of Experiments (DOE) and linear regression modeling.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have a customer-oriented mindset with flexibility in handling diverse issues.
  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
