We’re looking for an experienced IAM Business & Functional Analyst to support the rollout of a new Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure.

You’ll lead requirements gathering, documentation, and governance definition for an IAM platform serving multiple entities within the organization, helping ensure secure, consistent identity management across all users and systems.

This is a part-time assignment (approximately 2–3 days per week) focused on a six-month delivery window.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate IAM requirements.
  • Translate business needs into structured, actionable functional specifications aligned with IAM best practices.
  • Develop and document the Target Operating Model (TOM) in collaboration with architects and IT teams.
  • Produce high-quality documentation in accordance with internal standards.
  • Support the definition and refinement of IAM processes and governance models.
  • Provide expert input to technical teams on IAM-related decisions.
  • Contribute to change management and communication activities during IAM rollout.
  • Collaborate with external IT providers to ensure alignment with project objectives.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst in IAM projects.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT Security.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, architectures, and processes.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Omada, SailPoint, Saviynt, UserCube, or Microsoft AD/Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of federation protocols: SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
  • Familiarity with hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).
  • Working knowledge of PKI, OWASP, reverse proxy, SSO, and network security.
  • Proficient in English, fluent in French or Dutch (with good knowledge of the other).
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or SABSA.
  • Knowledge of IBM iSeries, Linux, or IBM Unix security.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid IT delivery methods.
  • Experience with BPMN, UML, or other requirements modeling standards.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
