As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the organization’s Windows 11 migration project. You’ll act as the first line of support for all migration-related questions and incidents, ensuring a smooth transition for end users across different sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues during the Windows 11 migration (via phone, email, and ticketing system).
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues quickly and efficiently.
- Document solutions and share knowledge to support future migrations.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with end users and IT teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address more complex migration challenges.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Proven experience with Windows migration projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of SCCM and Intune.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills; proactive and autonomous working style.
- Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience.
