We are looking for an experienced Functional Test Manager to join the transversal IT test team. This team is responsible for quality assurance across all systems, with a focus on digital platforms such as mobile apps, websites, and intranet solutions.

As Test Manager, you will:

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies (functional, non-functional, user-acceptance).
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple interconnected systems and environments.
• Lead and mentor small test teams, ensuring structured execution and reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Promote best practices in testing, automation, and quality governance.
• Ensure integration of mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Oversee test execution, defect management, and reporting.
