Our client, a global pharmaceutical organization operating in a highly regulated environment, is strengthening its on-site cyber security governance. The Senior Cyber Compliance Lead combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical execution, ensuring infrastructure, digital, and automation systems remain compliant, secure, and resilient against evolving threats.
Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate cyber security compliance activities across site infrastructure, digital, and automation systems.
- Build and manage a structured remediation portfolio, including lifecycle management, obsolescence tracking, and risk-based prioritization.
- Identify compliance gaps, assess risk exposure, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with local and corporate stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between site operations and central Digital and Cyber Security teams.
- Execute hands-on technical remediation activities including patching, hardening, antivirus updates, and monitoring deployments.
- Manage Active Directory remediation and vulnerability follow-up using monitoring tools.
- Respond to cyber incidents and alerts, reprioritizing activities based on emerging threats and operational impact.
What are we looking for?
- You have 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Infrastructure Security, or IT Compliance roles.
- You demonstrate proven experience leading and delivering small- to medium-sized cyber or infrastructure projects end-to-end.
- You bring strong expertise in Microsoft Windows environments (Windows 7/10, Server 2016/2019/2022).
- You possess solid knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, client-server architecture, and remote administration.
- You have hands-on experience with cyber security tooling such as Firewalls, SCCM, SentinelOne, Symantec, FireEye, or similar endpoint protection and hardening tools.
- You are experienced in vulnerability management, threat intelligence interpretation, and risk-based remediation planning.
- You have experience managing remediation portfolios, asset inventories, and structured backlogs, preferably using ServiceNow CMDB or similar asset management platforms.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience within pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of GMP, GAMP5, or CFR21 Part11.
- MCSE certification.
- Experience with AD monitoring tools such as Alsid.
- Knowledge of French.
