We are seeking an experienced Data & BI Technical Lead to guide and coordinate a corporate data team. You will help shape the transition from a traditional SAP-based BI landscape (BW, HANA, Analysis for Office, SAC) towards a modern Azure Databricks & Power BI platform.

As technical lead, you will work closely with BI and data specialists, architects, and business stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Supply Chain. You will ensure delivery of reliable, future-proof data products and reporting solutions, while coaching and supporting your team end-to-end — from requirements analysis to data modelling and visualization.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and guide a team of BI/data specialists in the corporate domain.
• Translate business requirements into robust data & BI solutions.
• Contribute to the design and build of the hybrid data platform (SAP BW/HANA + Azure Databricks).
• Develop and maintain operational processes (load jobs, incident/problem management, change & release).
• Design, model, and deliver data products in both SAP and Azure environments.
• Build and optimize reporting with Power BI, SAP Analysis for Office, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Act as the bridge between your domain team, enterprise architects, and the business product owner.
