You will join a central security team responsible for safeguarding a complex enterprise IT landscape. The role is hands-on and operational, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Security ecosystem, while also contributing to continuous improvement of security posture, processes, and governance.

You work closely with IT engineering teams, the CISO, and external partners to detect risks, respond to incidents, and structurally improve security controls in a regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain Microsoft Security solutions across the enterprise environment.
• Analyse security events, alerts, and vulnerabilities, and translate findings into concrete remediation actions.
• Actively participate in incident response and threat hunting activities.
• Support and improve identity and access management, including Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Follow up and validate security-related configuration changes across infrastructure and platforms.
• Maintain oversight of key security indicators such as device compliance, Secure Score, asset inventory, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure security controls, processes, and documentation remain accurate, consistent, and auditable.
• Act as a security advisor to other IT teams, promoting security best practices and policy alignment.
