As the ideal candidate, you are a driven Process Validation Engineer with a strong background in validation processes and team collaboration. - You define strategy, plan, and coordinate validation activities such as sterilization and hold time validation.
- You provide guidance on aspects of validations and qualifications throughout the process.
- You assure the revalidation of manufacturing and sterilization processes effectively.
- You write, review, and approve sterilization, APS, and other related validation plans, protocols, and reports.
- You participate in product transfer and system introduction teams to streamline processes.
- You engage in system and process improvement/optimization projects for enhanced efficiency.
- You review technical reports and information to ensure consistency with industry and regulatory standards.
What are we looking for?
- You have 5 - 7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Cell Therapy, or related industry.
- You possess strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- You have project management skills, providing timely and accurate reporting on project activities.
- You are an excellent communicator capable of interacting at different organizational levels.
- You are a team player with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- You can work independently under general direction and manage time effectively according to prioritization.
- You are fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, biotech, biomedical sciences, or pharmacy.
