The ideal candidate is an experienced Autodesk Vault & Autodesk Construction Cloud Implementation Expert who thrives in collaborative team environments and possesses a rich expertise in design and engineering applications related to electrical installations.
- You advise on best-practice information structures for Elia’s projects and IT architecture.
- You implement, configure, and deploy the Vault installation.
- You configure and activate workflows tailored to project needs.
- You support the onboarding of Elia users onto the Vault system.
- You administer the Vault system, ensuring compliance with standards and governance.
- You integrate Vault with other Elia systems and the Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- You document system workflows and governance on Elia's documentation platform.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as an admin-level Autodesk Vault Expert (deployment, configuration, workflows, governance).
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (configuration of workflows, tasks, roles, rights).
- Admin-level SQL knowledge.
- Bonus: Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
- Familiarity with BIM-level standardization and data-driven engineering workflows.
- Languages: fluent English (mandatory) + French or Dutch (mandatory, both are a plus).
- Eligible to work in Belgium (EU work permit/residence permit required for non-EU candidates).
