- You actively participate in Digital Program Governance.
- You coordinate design and delivery activities for all infrastructure-related topics.
- You build a strong partnership with key stakeholders within Digital as well as the Engineering/Automation team.
- You track and manage hardware procurement for infrastructure components.
- You provide both strategic and technical analysis or recommendations to business stakeholders.
- You coordinate multiple project managers and experts, ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
- You maintain comprehensive program progress reporting and risk management.
What are we looking for?
- You have proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a manufacturing context.
- You possess strong knowledge of Digital infrastructure and IT/OT environments.
- You demonstrate the ability to manage remote and multi-cultural project teams.
- You have experience in infrastructure qualification and validation.
- You hold a project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- You are excellent in stakeholder management and communication.
- You have a strong understanding of IT system architecture and infrastructure design.
- You possess knowledge of infrastructure security and access management.
- You bring strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.
- You are fluent in English and Flemish.
