We are looking for a dedicated Shift Technician who is the first line of support in resolving production-related issues. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to a meaningful field, this position is for you.
- You prepare and execute corrective and preventive maintenance interventions (electrical/mechanical; knowledge of PLCs is a plus).
- You implement and manage modifications and projects, collaborating with Production Support and Engineering.
- You analyze and optimize preventive maintenance schedules.
- You enhance inventory management and perform breakdown analyses.
- You keep all documentation up-to-date (work instructions, standard procedures, machine files, LOTO, etc.).
- You guide contractors and suppliers through operations.
- You support the maintenance engineer in daily activities.
What are we looking for?
- You have relevant experience as a Shift Technician or in a similar role.
- You possess strong technical skills in maintenance.
- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.
- You are a team player with effective communication skills.
- You show flexibility within a shift system.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience.
- You are proficient in English and Dutch.
