As the ideal candidate, you are an experienced QA Qualification/Validation Contractor who thrives in fast-paced settings and is passionate about quality compliance in the lifecycle of systems.
- You review and approve qualification and validation documents to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
- You support the QA Engineering department in fulfilling all Qualification/Validation related regulatory and procedural requirements.
- You collaborate with engineering teams and provide guidance on qualification and validation-related activities.
- You address and follow up on deviations during qualification/validation activities.
- You communicate status updates regarding quality, compliance, and planning to the QA qualification/validation team.
- You utilize systems such as Manufacturing, Lab, and IT to execute and oversee qualification activities.
- You help to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences within the organization.
What are we looking for?
- You have relevant experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry focused on qualification and validation.
- You are knowledgeable of cGMP regulations and guidelines.
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly across various levels of the organization.
- You possess the ability to multi-task effectively across multiple projects.
- You can work independently while also thriving in a cross-functional team environment.
- You are familiar with systems used in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, including Manufacturing, Lab, and IT Systems.
- You have experience with problem report and change request systems (e.g., Trackwise, Comet).
- You are proficient in Document Management systems (e.g., TruVault) and test tools (e.g., Kneat).
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
