We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Partner Management Office with day-to-day coordination, reporting, and documentation.
You’ll assist the Partner Managers with report preparation, SharePoint maintenance, and order processing, ensuring smooth operations and accurate follow-up of internal activities.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused — ideal for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and contributing to a supportive, collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and update reports and dashboards on partner activities.
 - Maintain and monitor SharePoint sites for up-to-date and secure documentation.
 - Launch and track purchase orders and related administrative workflows.
 - Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations and internal communications.
 - Perform general administrative and coordination tasks to assist Partner Managers.
 - Help ensure accurate data and timely follow-up on all ongoing activities.
 
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
 - Proven experience in project coordination, partner management, or financial administration.
 - Strong knowledge of Excel and SharePoint.
 - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
 - Proactive and self-sufficient with strong attention to detail.
 - Able to manage deadlines and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
 - Fluent in English (professional proficiency) with good knowledge of Dutch (team is mainly Dutch-speaking).
 
- Experience in digital or technology-driven environments.
 - Familiarity with internal reporting and finance processes.
 - Affinity with collaborative, people-centered team cultures.
