Our client is a leading global organization in the aviation and logistics sector currently managing a large-scale digital transformation of their maintenance operations. This role involves supporting the worldwide implementation of a specialized maintenance and engineering system by coordinating global training efforts and internal communication workstreams.
Your responsibilities:
Our client, a global logistics and aviation organization, is executing a multi-year digital transformation program to implement a unified aircraft maintenance and engineering system across its international airline network. The PMO Coordinator will play a central role in organizing large-scale training and aligning global communication efforts to ensure successful adoption across more than 1,000 users worldwide.
Responsibilities:- Support the Program Director in coordinating program activities, follow-up actions, and structured documentation.
- Coordinate and manage a global training program for approximately 1,000 users across multiple airline entities.
- Plan and monitor role-based training paths, including Train-the-Trainer sessions and vendor coordination.
- Execute and align the communication plan across international stakeholders in collaboration with change and project managers.
- Prepare newsletters, program updates, and internal briefings, translating technical content into clear business messaging.
- Coordinate closely with airlines and external partners to resolve training capacity and communication issues.
- Promote transparency, alignment, and engagement across global teams as communication focal point of the program.
What are we looking for?
- You have proven experience in a PMO, project coordination, or program support role within a large-scale transformation program.
- You have demonstrable experience coordinating structured training programs across diverse user groups.
- You have strong experience managing communication workstreams within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- You are highly proficient with collaboration and project tools such as Office 365 (Teams), Jira, Confluence, and Zoho.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational and planning capabilities with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You are able and willing to work full-time onsite in Diegem.
Nice to Haves
- Experience within the aviation industry (airline, CAMO, MRO environments).
- Previous exposure to maintenance and engineering software
- Experience with modern content creation tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Additional language skills such as German or Spanish.
- Experience working in multicultural, globally distributed teams.
