As the ideal candidate, you are a skilled Equipment Qualification Squad Lead with a passion for compliance and quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You understand the intricacies of risk-based approaches and have the knowledge necessary to elevate processes to meet current industry standards.
- You provide direction on equipment qualification best practices and science-based risk-based methodologies.
- You oversee various projects and resources, applying diligent project management practices and controls to assure deliverables align with the plan.
- You assure quality and compliance of project outputs while partnering closely with the QA lead for full alignment.
- You drive change management within the broader organization to facilitate sustainable adoption of best practices.
- You mentor and coach the Local Process Owner to enhance their knowledge reflecting industry standards.
- You navigate organizational politics, interact at different levels, and influence without authority to achieve project objectives.
What are we looking for?
- You have a deep understanding and experience in equipment qualification within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- You possess experience in an API environment, particularly with batch chemical reactors, spray dryers, (post) dryers, and centrifuges.
- You have hands-on experience with FDA and EMA requirements concerning equipment qualification and creating qualification documents.
- You demonstrate excellent project management skills, including strong organizing, planning, and coordination abilities.
- You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- You have experience in leading teams in complex and dynamic environments.
- You possess coaching and change management skills.
- You are proficient in English and preferably have knowledge of Dutch.
