As an ideal candidate, you are a dedicated System Engineer with a proven track record in project management and technical support. If you are passionate about driving innovation and efficiency in the pharmaceutical sector, this role is tailored for you.

  • You manage and support priorities for system projects: overseeing equipment lifecycle management and new system implementation.
  • You support the implementation of new process technologies and equipment.
  • You coordinate and follow up on technical interventions, maintenance, and shutdown operations.
  • You assume responsibility for delivering project outcomes, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
  • You integrate all technical interventions into the production schedule for optimal workflow.
  • You act as System Owner for various systems, ensuring their effective operation and managing access control.
  • You create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely with relevant departments.
  • You hold a Master's degree or have more than 10 years of experience in (bio-)pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and systems.
  • You possess strong project leadership skills and technical interventions supervision.
  • You have proficiency in managing project budgets and compliance with regulations.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
  • You are fluent in French and English (both spoken and written).
