We are looking for a senior expert in information and knowledge architecture to help design and implement a coherent, future-oriented data and decision framework for the organization.

In this strategic role, you will bridge business and IT — defining how information, decisions, and knowledge are structured, governed, and shared to support sustainable business operations. You’ll work closely with the Enterprise Architect, the BPM Expert, and other stakeholders to translate the organization’s mission into a solid information and knowledge foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design an integrated information and decision architecture that supports business strategy and process models.
• Establish policies and principles for data, information, decision, and knowledge management, ensuring quality, accessibility, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain business data and knowledge models (semantics, structure, relationships) aligned with process and system architectures.
• Coordinate initiatives related to metadata, master data, and information classification.
• Build and maintain governance frameworks for decision modeling (DMN), business process modeling (BPMN), and case management (CMMN).
• Provide training, coaching, and knowledge transfer on modeling standards (DMN, BPMN, CMMN, SDMN).
• Participate actively in architecture boards and data governance committees, ensuring alignment between business and IT.
