We’re looking for a versatile and analytically minded CRM & Data Specialist to manage and optimize a HubSpot ecosystem, while supporting broader Digital, Customer Experience (CX), and Data Analytics initiatives. In this role, you’ll drive CRM performance, customer journey optimization, and data-driven marketing decisions.

Roughly 70% of your time will focus on HubSpot CRM management, while the remaining 30% involves digital tools, CX programs, and analytics support.

What You’ll Do

1. CRM Management (HubSpot – 70%)

  • Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM across multiple teams and business units.
  • Design and execute lead nurturing workflows and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Build and analyze email campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Design and refine pipelines, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain the data model (custom objects, properties, pipelines).
  • Monitor data quality, perform cleansing and deduplication, and ensure GDPR compliance.

2. Digital & IT Enablement

  • Act as the business lead for digital tool evaluations and small-scale IT implementations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage supporting platforms such as CMS, marketing tools, and internal applications.

3. Customer Experience (CX)

  • Oversee NPS surveys and feedback dashboards.
  • Analyze customer insights to uncover pain points and improvement areas.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to translate insights into measurable actions.

4. Data & Analytics

  • Define tracking and analytics frameworks across digital platforms.
  • Ensure reliable data collection for behavioral and engagement analysis.
  • Contribute to the 360° customer view by integrating CRM and BI data.
  • Use analytics to refine segmentation, campaign performance, and reporting.

What are we looking for?

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (certifications are a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and workflow design.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing, segmentation, and campaign analysis.
  • Knowledge of customer journeys and digital conversion funnels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Languages: Dutch or French (full professional proficiency) and English (professional working proficiency).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Medallia, Trustpilot, or CMS tools.
  • Understanding of API integrations or CRM migration projects.
  • Familiarity with UX/CX principles and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
