As an ideal candidate, you are a skilled Technical Architect with a strong grasp of integration, Java/Spring development, microservices, and DevOps principles. If you are passionate about shaping technology strategies while engaging in hands-on development, this role may be perfect for you.

  • You analyse the current technology landscape to identify gaps and propose necessary improvements.
  • You coach technical experts and IT teams in the development and application of technology architecture.
  • You guide technology investments and strategic choices in collaboration with development teams.
  • You advise on application and infrastructure projects to ensure harmonisation and architectural alignment.
  • You collaborate with product managers and architects to support infrastructure agility.
  • You participate in software development activities, ensuring quality through code, stand-ups, and design reviews.
  • You monitor applications and implement configuration changes and security measures as necessary.

What are we looking for?

  • You hold at least 5 years of experience in Technical Architecture covering both application and infrastructure architecture.
  • You possess strong knowledge of Java/Spring development in enterprise-grade environments.
  • You bring solid experience in integrations and microservices architectures.
  • You are comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
  • You have 4+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
  • You have 3+ years of experience with event-driven architecture, including messaging and asynchronous patterns.
  • You have 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (public or hybrid cloud environments).
  • You have 3+ years of experience working in Agile/Lean delivery environments.
  • You are familiar with cloud platforms and modern technologies such as AI, IoT, and mobile solutions.
  • You have an understanding of security, monitoring, and configuration management.
  • You are proficient in Dutch and possess additional skills in English and French (both nice to have).
