What You’ll Do

• Support the digital workplace environment for all employees.
• Contribute to a secure, well-managed access & identity structure.
• Handle 2nd-line operational incidents and requests via the ITSM platform.
• Collaborate closely with Digital colleagues and business stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain best-practice standards (security, naming conventions, documentation).
• Support technical analysis and provide root-cause insights.
• Follow operational procedures and help update/improve them.
• Assist with improvements and new digital initiatives that increase stability, security, and usability.
