We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Consultant to strengthen a cybersecurity team working on the implementation of the Security Incident Response (SIR) module. You will be responsible for guiding the functional design, technical implementation, and integration of SIR into the existing ServiceNow landscape, supporting a wider security improvement program.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain the application roadmap in line with ServiceNow product evolution
  • Organize workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements
  • Advise on best practices and leverage ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionality
  • Perform functional analysis, translate into user stories, and validate with stakeholders
  • Configure and develop ServiceNow SecOps SIR, ensuring OOTB alignment
  • Implement integrations with SIEMs, threat intelligence platforms, and incident feeds
  • Carry out technical and integration testing, and support UAT testing
  • Provide go-live support and hand-over to support teams, including documentation and procedures
  • Act as internal application owner for the SecOps SIR module, including CMDB maintenance, CAB participation, and change follow-up

What are we looking for?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules
  • Proven track record with at least 2 successful implementations of the ServiceNow SIR module
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified ServiceNow SecOps SIR
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM
  • Experience in ServiceNow development & scripting: business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, UI pages/macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, and reporting
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); Dutch or French is a plus
