We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a newly formed team working on the expansion of existing applications and the development of brand-new ones. This role requires a strong balance of backend and frontend expertise, combined with mentoring skills to guide and coach fellow developers.
What You’ll Do
- Build, extend, and maintain applications with Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Take a leading role in a new development team, coaching and supporting fellow developers.
- Write clean, efficient, and secure code while handling the full development cycle: coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Apply Agile and Scrum practices, contributing actively to ceremonies and helping steer the team toward best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, React, JavaScript, CSS, and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with Docker.
- Proven experience in leading or coaching development teams.
- Fluent in Agile/Scrum methodology, with the ability to take on a leading role.
- Native-level Dutch proficiency (CEFR C2).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues quickly.
Nice to Have
- Experience in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-ready solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Workload: Full-time (100%).
Contract type: Freelance/Permanent
