  • Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the Customer Service Support role will make an impact. To bid service to customer first, without losing integrity. He or she will make sure that all customers are serviced appropriately so that they leave happy.
  • Provide help to customers
  • Treat orders from A to Z and ensure the following up. Be the helpdesk for customers and representatives. Have direct contact with customers and assist them with their questions.
  • Resolve complaints
  • Process the complaints and reply to inquiries.
  • Assist internal customers
  • Work closely with the sales department, supply chain and external warehouse.
  • Respect & Follow-up Process
  • Responsible for the creation and follow up of the customer and material master data.
  • Responsible for the input of new prices and conditions of the products sold to our customers
