Customer Service Support (French/Dutch)

To bid service to customer first, without losing integrity. He or she will make sure that all customers are serviced appropriately so that they leave happy.
- Provide help to customers
- Treat orders from A to Z and ensure the following up. Be the helpdesk for customers and representatives. Have direct contact with customers and assist them with their questions.
- Resolve complaints
- Process the complaints and reply to inquiries.
- Assist internal customers
- Work closely with the sales department, supply chain and external warehouse.
- Respect & Follow-up Process
- Responsible for the creation and follow up of the customer and material master data.
- Responsible for the input of new prices and conditions of the products sold to our customers

- Knowledge of SAP is nice to have
