(Junior) Recruitment Consultant IT

But what will you be doing here?

• We start with a coffee, tea - or Red Bull - and talk through the most important updates, new vacancies and set priorities.
• Then, we immediately analyze a number of vacancies, involve the internal stakeholders & start the search using LinkedIn, VDAB or other creative options (Instagram, TikTok, ...)
• We give Manal, Kobe, Lisa & Fatima a call or immediately schedule a meeting via Teams or live at the office
• We present our Pauwels Consulting story, convince the candidates, listen to their specific situation and arrange an interview with the client ASAP - time is still money
• Then there is close follow-up, top service & we already match them with future projects!
• Finally we arrange the contract signing - this is what we do! - and start working again on new and different vacancies
• To relax we take part in an Afterwork Drink or Pauwels Academy session together with our consultants - with an accompanying drink & some finger food!
