As a Business Analyst SAP PM, your main tasks will be:

You will be responsible for modeling business processes and guiding the business through the redesign process and you will identify business needs and translate them into clear business requirements, such as epics, features, and user stories
You will challenge the business to ensure their needs align with the proposed "to-be" processes
You will develop comprehensive business information models, detailing the necessary information for realizing various requirements and you will align and validate requirements between the business and IT stakeholders
You will validate the functional analyses conducted by the IT team
You will play a key role in testing and validating releases post-implementation of new tools, providing support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
You will actively participate in change management activities, including creating training materials and delivering training sessions to end-users, adhering to established methodologies and utilizing the change management toolkit
You will provide ongoing support to the business in utilizing IT tools during the post-implementation phase

Wat zoeken wij?

You have a Master's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent experience
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a business analyst, including identifying needs, drafting business requirements, and developing business processes
You possess strong analytical skills and a critical mindset. You are not afraid to challenge assumptions and you have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
You are comfortable working independently as well as in a team and you can facilitate consensus-building and persuade various stakeholders
You are adept at planning and organizing tasks effectively and you demonstrate sufficient customer orientation and flexibility
For the administrative support project, you have a basic knowledge of SAP PM (or are willing to learn) and you have knowledge of BPMN and UML
Experience with tools such as EA (Enterprise Architect), Jira, and DevOps is a plus and experience within the electricity sector is advantageous
