As a Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include:
- Organize, facilitate, and coach SCRUM events in a multi-team environment.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and stakeholder management.
- Conduct sprint review meetings as a demo to stakeholders.
- Ensure business involvement in the team and act as a liaison with other stakeholders.
- Provide transparent reporting on team operations and progress.
- Foster a positive team climate and trust among team members.
- Coach the team and remove obstacles hindering goals.

Have you got what it takes ?
- Demonstrated experience leading a SCRUM community.
- Proven ability to coach mixed teams (Business + IT).
- Experience coaching other Scrum Masters.
- Skilled in facilitating and guiding team dynamics.
- Proficient in conducting online workshops using tools like Jira, Confluence, Mural, MS Teams, etc.
- Experience collaborating with multiple SCRUM teams working on a single product (Multi-Team Scrum).
- Experience in transitioning to a SCRUM framework.
