System Engineer Intune

As a System engineer Intune, your main tasks will be:

• You will propose, demonstrate, and implement solutions to enable access to M365 applications while securing endpoints (mobile phones, tablet, or BYOD) in collaboration with the Microsoft Exchange specialist and colleagues from End-User Devices service
• You will manage and monitor on day-to-day basis the endpoint, conditional access, etc and you will install, configure, test, and maintain the cloud environments, application software, and system management tools
• You will monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with the product teams to implement them
• You will maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies (where needed) and provide 2nd and 3rd level support
• You will liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and you will support the rest of the product teams in their daily tasks
• You will develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate use
• You will train the rest of the product team to support the solution and participate in the design of information and operational support systems
